Inductive Couplers:

With a rated insulation greater than 5kV, this inductive coupler offers a safer installation than a capacitive coupler. Very fast to install and featuring a very low attenuation at low frequency, this high-current solution is suitable for cabinets and underground power lines. The inductive couplers use high permeability and high performance nanocrystalline materials which avoid saturation problems at high currents. Insertion losses are 10dB±2dB from 100 to 250kHz, and 5dB±2dB from 250 to 600kHz. It offers an optimum performance at 500kbit for PRIME PLC Smart grids solutions.
