PREMO participates at the II Annual Event of Cre100do

Carlos Mira, Director of Cre100do, has presented this country project, a programme “open to the best”, to help and accompany companies grow in size and excellence. Mr. Mira has spoken about the need to “focus on the 4,300 Spanish companies with a turnover between 25 and 300 million euros and help them grow, thus generating a significant impact in the economy”.

The “roadmap to be LARGE” and the “rate of potential growth” are the two new tools being developed by Cre100do, in collaboration of the participating companies and available to all companies.

The Agenda of the CEO, has been an additional point highlighted by Carlos Mira. Specifically, five are the key issues that all CEO must be present to survive and grow:

• Search new opportunities.
• Growth models organic and inorganic.
• Organizational development for the 21st century.
• Network activity, ecosystem managing.
• Learn to connect talent. Key factor of success: open innovation.
• The brand development, communication, it is important to generate confidence in customers, suppliers and employees.

The event has been closed by Francisco Garzón, Consejero Delegado del ICEX, Pedro Guerrero, presidente de Bankinter y Javier Vega de Seoane, presidente del Círculo de Empresarios.

The dialogues during the event has been attended by Raúl González, CEO de Barceló Hotels & Resort, Alejandro Beltrán, CEO de McKinsey, Daniel Carreño, CEO de General Electric and CEOs from the participants in Cre100do, Javier Roquero, SALTO Systems, Clemente Cebrián, El Ganso y Santiago Sabatés, Eurofragance.
