Premo sign an agreement with Banco Santander

Premo Group has signed an agreement with Banco Santander-Fondo Advance, to finance our organic growth -Investments on R&D, Manufacturing assets-, as well as potential non-organic growth according our strategic plans. The agreement covers investments in the 2016-2018 period and permit to Premo to get long term financing until 7 years and a maximum amount of 8 million euros.

This agreement together with other potential agreements will permit Premo Group to keep our technological leadership in our main business areas.
