We are looking for a Customer Support in our office in Bangalore to strengthen the team.
- Full Time
- Hybrid workplace model
Your missions:
- - Order Management (get all customers programs, analyze demand and ensure it complies with delivery schedule agreements.
- - Make the whole planning process (PDP,MRP,MPS) with production managers.
- - Experience in ERP (especially SAP).
- - Knowledge about Logistics and Incoterms.
- - Review customer demand variation and their impact on the production planning. Negotiate delivery schedule when appropriate.
- - Fluent in English, Hindi language.
