Measurement conditions:

1. Rated Inductance L_R: Measured at frequency f_L, with impedance analyser HP 4286A or HP 4287 and test fixture HP 16192A.
2. Q Factor Q_min: Measured at frequency f_Q, with impedance analyser HP 4286A or HP 4287 and test fixture HP 16192A.
3. Rated current I_R: Maximum permissible dc with an inductance decrease of ΔL/L0≤10% and/or temperature increase of ≤20ºC referred to 85ºC ambient temperature.
4. Self-resonance frequency f_res,min: Measured with network analyser HP 8753D and 1mm pad distance of CECC test fixture.
5. DC resistance R_max: Measured at 20ºC ambient temperature, measuring current <I_R.
