PREMO will work with our supply chain partners to take reasonable steps to ensure PREMO's compliance with the law and regulations and to purchase products which are considered “Conflict Mineral Free”.
PREMO will terminate business with any supplier if determines that the supplier is directly or indirectly financing armed groups in the DRC or adjoining countries.
To date, PREMO has received responses from its suppliers stating that Gold, Tantalum, Tungsten or Tin does not originate from the DRC and adjoining countries or is DRC conflict free.
